Photo-Videography / Reporting Assistant

We are currently seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our team as on-call Photo-Videography Assistant.

As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from corporate events and weddings to promotional videos and press conferences. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential as you help us capture the essence of each moment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in photography and videography techniques
  • Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Community Outreach Worker

  • Organize/host events around Covid-19 vaccine education, Voter Education and Community Conversations
  • Conduct Tabling or Street Canvassing to distribute flyers, PPE, voter education information/materials etc in high traffic areas in the community or during events (Zip codes 10466, 10467, 10468)
  • Enter data and send weekly report
  • Potentially work during weekends
  • Other related duties that may be assigned by the project coordinator.
  • Part time for the duration of program funding (3days/week, 5hrs/day; $17/hr) with potential for full time employment.

Project Coordinator

  • Assist the Director in the day to day planning and coordination of programs and activities 
  • Administer and coordinate AICC’s programs and activities 
  • Ensure project deliverables are accomplished in a timely and effective manner
  • Enter and track data and progress reports.  Coordinate and participate in community outreach efforts (e.g., Tabling, resource fairs etc) 
  • Manage staff/volunteers work assignment, and schedules
  • Administer fund raising activities for programs as well as community outreach 
  • Track participants incentives/payments and other financial transactions 
  • Coordinate interactions/relationships between staff, clients, administrators and all other program stakeholders 
  • Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events 
  • Oversee the use of technology for program operations, such as video conferencing, presentation and other communications 
  • Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations and proposals 
  • Support marketing and communications (media relations, social media) 
  • Attend AICC board meetings
