Dr. Osuji is the Founder & Executive Director of AICC. Dr. Osuji is a public health professional with a background in community health education and promotion. She also served as the Vice Chair of the McSilver Institute Community Collaborative Board, NYU for about a decade. Dr. Osuji has been engaged in direct practice serving urban low-income children and families of color residing in poorly resourced settings. She possesses strong research background and a wealth of experience developing and implementing health and mental health promotion programs using evidence-based community strengthening approach.

Angela Paulino has worked on various community collaborative projects in the context of families. Ms. Paulino has also served as a board member of the McSilver Institute Community Collaborative Board, NYU for over a decade. As a member, she was engaged in the development, pilot testing and implementation of a number of psycho-educational curriculums tailored for parents and adolescents in the Bronx community, Ms. Paulino also possess substantial experience in case management and counseling to help children deal with emotional and behavioral issues.

Anita Lasbrey is the Secretary, AICC Board of Directors. She also serves as the Vice Chair, Mbano Association New York, and Financial Secreatary, Mbano National Assembly. Her professional background is deeply rooted in social service and community advocacy, with a wealth of experience in various roles over the years, encompassing legislative work, community engagement, and consumer advocacy. Notably, she served as a legislative assistant, contributing to research efforts that played a pivotal role in the formulation of a bill addressing human trafficking, subsequently forwarded to the New York State Assembly.

Grace Adepoju is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in the New York State area for over a decade. Grace currently provides PNP services through her private practice located in the Bronx.
